HybridSolution

ELHAND Transformatory is an international leading manufacturer of transformers, reactors, harmonic and sinewave filters. For over 40 years, the company has been creating solutions for the Railway, Marine, Oil & Gas, Mining, AC Drives and Power industries. The production is fully customized to the individual needs of each customer with reliability and highest quality, both in production and service. For more than 12 years, Elhand has provided reliable and secure solutions to support the oil extraction market. Elhand Transformers, Harmonic Filters, and Sine-wave Filters are utilized in automation systems for oil fields and crude oil transmission nodes, meeting diverse and demanding needs of our partners and the market. The winding technology and impregnation process used at Elhand allows us to deliver competitive but foremost reliable products to the largest oil fields in the Middle East and worldwide.

Harmonic Filters

ElhandHF™ Harmonic Filters allow to use the maximum system power, protect equipment from malfunction and extend the system lifespan.

  • Power range: 2,2-2600 kW
  • Frequency: 50 or 60 Hz
  • Voltage range: 380–690 V
  • Protection degree: IP00–IP66
  • Cooling: air natural
  • no fans to maximize the filter’s lifespan

Sine-Wave Filters

SWF Filters convert rectangular PWM voltage into sinusoidal one, thus eliminate harmful impact of the inverter transistors switching.

  • Power range: 2,2-2600 kW
  • Frequency: 0-200 Hz
  • Voltage range: 380–690 V
  • Protection degree: IP00–IP66
  • Cooling: air natural
  • no fans to maximize the filter’s lifespan

Step-Down Transformer Harmonic Filter Hybrid Solution

The Advanced Passive Filtering with a 6 or 12-pulse oil-immersed and hermetically sealed transformer designed into a single Hybrid unit, creates a new technology and solution for the ESP fields challenge. The Hybrid offers greater power efficiency in a smaller footprint (of at least 10%- 20% smaller than a conventional Step-Down Transformer plus Harmonic Filter), producing less harmonics and meeting the IEEE-519 – 5% THDI level. Improving the ESP power quality results in a longer transformer life as well as the entire oilfield operation – the ultimate goal for offshore/onshore applications.
